FAQ

Questions? Straight answers.

Everything we get asked about sizes, what goes in, timing and pricing. Still stuck? Call and a person picks up.

Loading your dumpster

Load it right and it hauls safe.

Five things that keep your driver, your neighbors and your invoice happy. Anything on the no-list or above the sides has to come out before we can lift the can.

Not allowed

No tires

Landfills only take scrap tires that have been split, quartered or shredded — whole tires have to come out.

Not allowed

No batteries

Car, truck and equipment batteries are hazardous. Please keep them out of our containers.

Not allowed

No propane or paint

No propane bottles, paint, fuel or anything corrosive. Call and we’ll point you to a drop-off.

Weight limit

No dirt or concrete

Dirt and concrete get heavy fast and put us over road weight limits. Ask about a dedicated heavy-material can.

Do this

Load evenly

Spread the load level, heavy stuff on the bottom, and never fill above the sides — a tarp has to lie flat so nothing flies out on the highway.

Can I rent a dumpster for a single day?

Yes. Book the day you need it and we’ll coordinate a same-week pickup. Every rental includes 8 days, so a one-day job just uses less of it.

What can go in the dumpster?

Roof shingles, drywall, wood, furniture, yard waste and most old appliances. Concrete, rock and dirt get heavy fast — ask about a dedicated heavy-material can. We can’t haul hazardous material like paint, propane tanks, tires, car batteries, or fridges and A/C units that still hold refrigerant.

How much notice do you need?

A day is ideal — most sizes go out next-day. In a pinch, call; we’ve had cans in driveways by 8 AM after a 10 PM order.

What if my project runs long?

Keep it. Days past the included 8 are $15/day, added automatically and shown on your invoice — no call needed. Commercial accounts can leave pickup open-ended.

Which size do I need?

15 yd for cleanouts and small remodels, 20 yd for roofing and medium renovations, 30 yd (our most popular) for major home improvements, 40 yd for construction and demolition. Call if you’re between two — we won’t upsell.

How do I book?

Book online in under a minute — pick a size and date, pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, bank account or Affirm — or call (254) 938-5090.

How is weight handled?

Each size includes a set tonnage. If the landfill weighs more, overage is $75 per ton, and the scale ticket appears in your customer portal.

How big is a 30-yard dumpster?

About 20 feet long, 8 feet wide and 6 feet high. A 40-yard is 22′ × 8′ × 6′.
