The jobs we haul for most
Different trades fill a container in completely different ways. Here's how we size and stage for the three we see most across Temple, Belton, Killeen and Waco.

Multifamily
Apartment and multifamily builds
A multifamily site doesn't generate waste evenly — it comes in waves, and each one looks different. Framing throws off cut lumber and banding, the sheetrock phase fills a can faster than anything else on the schedule, and finish-out is mostly packaging and offcuts that take up room without weighing much.
So the cans get staged where that building is in the schedule rather than parked by the gate, and they get swapped as each phase finishes. Your superintendent asks for the swap from the portal or a text — there's no phone tree and nothing waits for an office to open. Billing sees one consolidated invoice a month with a PO number on every line, instead of a separate one per can.
- 30 & 40 yard roll-offs
- Swap-outs on request
- Open-ended pickups
- Net-30 with PO numbers

Roofing
Roofing tear-offs and commercial re-roofs
Roofing is the one job where weight runs out before space does. Shingles and wet decking are dense, and a tear-off will reach the tonnage your size includes while the can still looks half empty — which catches people out when they've sized it by eye.
On a house, most tear-offs go in a 20 or a 30. Rather than guess from a photo, call with the squares and the number of layers coming off and we'll size it over the phone. We set the container on boards so the rails aren't bearing straight onto the driveway, and we put it where the crew is actually working so nobody carries bundles further than they have to.
A commercial re-roof is a different shape of job: old membrane and insulation board come off in volume, and a lift needs room to work. That usually means more than one can on site and a swap part-way through rather than one container that sits full for two days — the photo here is a 30 staged beside the one being loaded, for exactly that reason.
Anything over the weight your size includes is billed per ton from the landfill's own scale ticket — and that ticket, photo and all, lands in your customer portal so you can check it against the invoice yourself.
- 20 & 30 yard for tear-offs
- Boards under the rails
- Swap part-way on commercial
- Scale ticket in your portal

Remodel & demolition
Remodels, demolition and clean-outs
Gut jobs produce mixed debris — plaster, cabinetry, flooring, old framing — and that mix is what a 30 or 40 yard can is for. On a longer remodel an open-ended pickup is usually easier than booking a date you'll end up moving twice.
Concrete, brick, asphalt and clean fill are worth keeping separate, like the broken-out paving beside this can. Loaded on their own they go to a crusher or a pit at a flat rate instead of crossing a landfill scale, which keeps both the bill and the tonnage honest. Mixed into general debris they just become expensive weight — and a can of it gets heavy long before it gets full.
- 30 & 40 yard roll-offs
- Concrete & clean fill separated
- Open-ended pickups
- Same-week swaps

Swap-outs
A swap means an empty one is already there.
Patrick's rule, and the thing most people mean when they ask how fast we are: when a can is full, we bring an empty on the same trip. The empty is set down first, then the full one goes on the truck. Your crew keeps loading — there is no afternoon of stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck to come back.
That is what is happening in this photo on a remodel in Cameron. The full container is going up on the truck and the empty is already sitting where the crew needs it.
The one thing it depends on is room. We need space to set the empty down before we pick the full one up, so on a tight downtown lot or a narrow driveway we may have to take the full can first and come straight back with the empty. If space is going to be tight, tell us when you book and we will plan the swap around it rather than discover it on the day.
- Empty dropped before full is lifted
- No downtime for the crew
- Requested from the portal or a text
- Space permitting — tell us if it's tight
