Meet the team

The people behind the trucks.

S&P is a Bell County family business — the people who answer the phone are the same people who drive the trucks and build the software. Here’s who you’ll be working with.

Owner

Started S&P to do dumpsters the way he wished someone did them for him — on time, priced straight, no runaround.

Owner

Co-owner. Keeps the trucks, the crew and the promises we make to customers all pointed the same direction.

Office, Operations & Dispatch

Routes every truck, every morning, and is the voice on the phone. If your dumpster is on time, it’s because of this desk.

Accounts Receivable & Billing

The name on your invoice. Net-30 accounts, tax-exempt certificates and payment questions land here.

Driver

Puts the can exactly where you asked — driveway, left of the garage, no tire marks.

Driver

Texts you on the way over. Every time.

How we work

Small crew. Own trucks. Straight answers.

  1. 01
    Our own trucks and drivers

We’re not a broker reselling someone else’s hauler. The truck that shows up has our name on the door.

  2. 02
    One price, said once

What we quote is what you pay. Weight overage is shown per ton before you book, and the scale ticket is in your account.

  3. 03
    Built our own tools

Online booking, driver texts, a customer portal and digital dump tickets — so your job never waits on a callback.
